Half Written is a 3-day intensive for the woman who knows there’s more to her story—
and finally ready to live it.
You're buried.
There's a woman under the layers of shame, silence and survival.
And you can feel her stirring.
The one who longs to be known—not just needed.
Who’s tired of hiding under the roles, rules, and relentless expectations to be everything for everyone, hold it all together, and carry the weight alone.
Maybe it shows up as exhaustion. Or chronic loneliness. Or even rage.
But beneath it all, you’re asking the questions you’ve tried to silence:
“Is this really me?”
“Is this all there is?”
You’re not crazy for asking.
You’re awakening to the quiet truth: your soul was made to live fully.
What’s always been true:
You were created to live whole and be fully known.
By God. By others. And by yourself.
Ready for your life to change?
for everything you do flows from it.

“Above all else, guard your heart,
You are guided through deep Spirit-led heart work designed to help you become aware of the limiting beliefs that keep you from embodying wholeness. You will explore your story and begin to understand the roots of the beliefs you carry. Your willingness to shine a light and confront those beliefs is where you awaken to what's beautifully true about you and transform into the person you were created to be.
This is where you begin to stretch into new parts of yourself—by gently activating what you’ve kept hidden. You’ll find the words of your heart and practice speaking what’s true, even when it feels unfamiliar. Through guided exercises, you’ll uncover how you’ve learned to dismiss your voice and dim your uniqueness. It may feel uncomfortable at times—but it’s also where you’ll begin to feel seen, heard, and fully known—maybe for the first time.
Your retreat begins with a slow, gentle return to yourself. We’ll introduce the concept of the anatomy of your soul and the faith-based framework that holds our time together. If you’ve ever felt disconnected—like something is missing or you’re not fully at home in your own skin—this is where things start to shift. You’ll begin to see your whole self, maybe for the first time, and attune to the parts of you that have been waiting for your presence
Thank you for showing up with a gentle yet strong heart. You held space for my stuff for as long as I needed and you never made me feel little. I was heard maybe for the first time ever.

Valerie has just the right amount of words - enough to allow room for my process, let me know her, and show me the way forward from her own experience. She held my story so carefully and allowed for so much healing to happen.
Hi, I'm Valerie. And I help women remember who they are.
I believe the journey of wholeness isn't about becoming someone new. It's about peeling back the mask and gently unearthing the woman you were created to be.
If you're here, maybe you're ready to dig a little deeper.
I've walked women through what I call a Faith forward journey - a sacred process of restoration rooted in emotional honesty, Biblical truth and relational safety.
Here's what my journey looked like. Maybe you recognize yourself:
1. Disconnected - I was numb, running on autopilot and couldn't name my feelings and needs.
2. Disrputed - What used to work no longer did. I was tired, frustrated and unsure how to fix it.
3. Discovering - I started to inward, not outward. I learned to connect to my feelings and needs.
4. Deepening - I began to practice showing up as my full self. Not perfectly, but honestly.
5. Dwelling - I began to live with emotional clarity, spritual integrity and the courage to be known by God and others.
The journey wasn't linear. It was hard - because surrendering long held beliefs about myself meant letting go and grieving.
This space is for you. To be met wherever you are. A safe space to begin.
